RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your visit to Candlelit Market. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending a return.

Once your return has been received, we will process any refund due to you using your original payment method. Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery service are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, you ca still exercise any applicable cancellation rights after receiving it.
