1. About Candlelit Market

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and you are not at fault, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable delivery charges.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using the delivery options shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will take reasonable care to dispatch orders promptly. If there is a significant problem or delay with your order, please contact us.

Responsibility for the goods remains with Candlelit Market until they are delivered into your physical possession, or to a person you have identified to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
